Honestly, the root of her love (and the foundation of any successful project) is organizational communication. While most people run from details, Kristy passionately dives right in!

Journalist.
- Kristy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications from Berry College with a minor in Spanish. She has a natural curiosity about her and loves to ask questions. Who, what, when, where, why and how are very important to her.
Meteorologist.
- In December of 2002, Kristy earned a Master of Science degree in Geoscience (Earth Science) with a Concentration in Meteorology from Mississippi State University. (She is a Bulldog, but she bleeds maroon).
Career 1: TELEVISION
- Worked for 15 years in the television industry in markets throughout the southeast.
- Has worn every hat imaginable - producer, writer, director, reporter, anchor, and radio and on-camera television meteorologist. At one time she was a one-man-band reporting, shooting, editing, writing, and anchoring a local cable news program.

Career 2: STATE GOVERNMENT
- Public Information Officer, Legislative Liaison, and Director of Prosecution-based Victim Services for the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia for 3 years.
- Director of Communication for the Georgia House of Representatives for 7 years. During her last four years with the House, she managed two legislative conferences on behalf of the Georgia General Assembly: NCSL-Atlanta with 5,000 attendees and SLC-Savannah with 1,500 attendees (plus guests).
- Learned the value of organization, written and verbal communication, time management, and multi-tasking!
- Learned (the hard way) that burning the candle at both ends leads to headaches, migraines, shingles, and overall poor health. This is why she chose a change in scenery! Instead, whenever the political bug bites, she scratches her itch by getting involved in a local political campaign.
PICTURE: Kristy Lindstrom and Sheila Raye Charles, daughter of the late Ray Charles. Kristy hired Charles to perform at the Southern Legislative Conference in Savannah in July of 2015. Kristy first worked with Charles when she performed at a Georgia kick-off luncheon for the NCSL conference in Chicago in 2013.
Sheila Raye Charles was a powerful entertainer who wowed audiences with her testimony, vocals, and her soulful rendition of her father's classic, Georgia on My Mind. Charles lost her battle with breast cancer on June 15, 2017.

FROM SIDE HUSTLE TO CENTER STAGE
In 2016, Kristy moved to North Georgia where she traded traffic for the peaceful mountains of her hometown.
She decided to take her show on the road (on the web, actually) and created her own communications agency...and she hasn't looked back!
